The Boriassi Cellar’s Colli di Luni IGT Tuscan red embodies all the flavour and fragrance of the Sangiovese, Merlot vines and “Merla” grapes typical of the Lunigiana area. Aged for a year in chestnut casks, more or less brilliant ruby red in colour tending to garnet with ageing, it is characterised by a soft, well-structured nose, a dry, fine and well-rounded taste and a rich, persistent bouquet. Levàda is produced in limited quantities. Ideal with all meat and game dishes, it has an average alcohol content of 13°. Available in 6 x 750-ml bottle cases. | |
