A magical terroir, encased between the hills and the sea, between the Apuan Alps, the Appenines and the Ligurian sea: this is the origin of Boriassi products. An ancient, prolific land close to the Roman city of Luni, reflected in the name of the Production Regulations of the DOC appellation. A land where man has prospered for thousands of years, where the Etruscans, Apuan Ligurians and Romans cultivated vineyards and olive groves. A terroir of unbounded virtues and qualities, fragrances and favours, arts and culture handed down over the centuries.
