Mezzaluna, Linaro, Lèvada: all Boriassi wines are obtained from ICEA-certified biological agriculture with AIAB guarantee, in full compliance with the Colli di Luni DOC Production Regulations. An area equally divided between Liguria and Tuscany, comprising the municipalities of Fosdinovo, Aulla and Podenzana in the Province of Massa-Carrara and fourteen municipalities in the Province of La Spezia. The Boriassi Cellar produces Mezzaluna Vermentino DOC, which takes its name from the South-facing vineyard above the old family home, and Linaro, obtained from other vines. Without forgetting Levàda, a full-bodied red wine produced according to the IGT TUSCAN Production Regulations. |
