During its long history stretching back over a hundred years and four generations, the Boriassi Biological Estate has always cultivated a tradition for wine-making inspired by respect for the land and its simpler fruits. Rosa and Antonio Galletti started to produce wine and oil at the beginning of the 1900s in the heart of the Colli di Luni area, handing down the secrets of their passion first of all to their son-in-law Aprile Boriassi and then, from one generation to the next, to their grandson Giancarlo Boriassi and his sons Boris and Mirco. Today, as in the past, the Boriassi Estate’s Vermentino and all its other products express the quintessence of this land, the home of a long wine-making tradition lost in the mists of Etruscan and Roman history. |
