As Grandfather Aprile used to say:“Good wine is the result of patient daily work, respecting the land and taking all the time needed”. The high quality of Boriassi wines is the offshoot of this passion for an ancient art, a country tradition that, for more than a century, has continued to grow as the seasons pass, following the cycles of nature. Meticulous attention to all phases of cultivation, from selection of the best, healthiest bunches, picked by hand and stacked in crates to avoid crushing the grapes, to soft pressing which preserves the high quality of the fruit, up to vinification off the skins (for the Vermentino) in stainless steel tanks so as not to lose any of its precious bouquet. |
